You can configure the 2023 Gladiator Rubicon with one of its two engine options, including the standard 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 engine tethered to a six-speed manual transmission. However, you can opt for the eight-speed automatic transmission, which maximizes the Gladiator's towing capacity to 7,700 pounds.
