“ I purchased my Ram prior to moving into the Wasaga area, and had to choose between Midland and Collingwood to have my truck serviced. I cannot comment on the Collingwood Chrysler location, but I have nothing but high praise for Midland. I have never waited more than a couple of days if I need something addressed. I simply text Ashley P when I need to schedule an appointment and she always responds promptly. Mike, Matt and Peter, and everyone else I have dealt with in the service department make me feel like a valued customer and I am confident that my truck has been properly taken care of when it’s returned to me. I haven’t done a thorough scan of service pricing in the area, but I believe that they are fair and I don’t question their ethics in the slightest. If you have to wait for your vehicle, the lounge area is modern, comfortable and there is a lot of space. I’m happy I chose Midland Chrysler and would recommend them to friends and family. ”
